My preteen Sunday school class was really inspiring this week. Our lesson was on the Holy Spirit and all the ways He helps us. Children are so trusting and honest, which is wonderful if what they are being taught is the Word of God. I am hearing of so many cults that are targeting children, mainly young girls. It is so frightening to know these things are happening! What can we to do as a church or an individual? As a grandmother of 4 little girls, I can tell you we have to seek the Lord and ask for wisdom and guidance. Of course we pray for our own family, but according to Gods Word, it does not and should not stop there. We have a responsibility to pray for all children, to lift them up to throne room of Heaven and claim them for the Kingdom. It is a great responsibility and burden that we should all carry. My heart is so heavy because of the destruction that the enemy thrusts on children! The hurt they carry from broken homes and abuse of all kinds should absolutely keep us on our faces before God. Please pray with me for the children, lets agree together that there will be a revival in the church that we can reach out to these hurting and lost ones. Lets stand firm, the enemy can only do what we let him do! The power that is available to us is the same power that raised Jesus from the dead. We can overcome the enemy and keep our children safe!
