Great Joy!

Psalm 126:2,3 (New International Version)

2 Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them."
3 The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.

How long has it been since you have felt joy in your heart? Not happiness (happenings), but real joy? Joy that fills your heart until you are overwhelmed because of what Jesus did for you! Giving honor and praise with thankfulness should be an everyday event for us. How can we ever thank Him for what He has done for us? No matter what our economy or anything else that is going on in this world, we must never lose sight of what our Lord has done for us. Of course we are affected by what goes on, but not to the point that we lose our faith and confidence in God! We can and should have "joy", when we stay focused on the only One who will bring us through these times of trouble. Please concentrate on the good things, set your mind on the things of God. Be assured your Heavenly Father know what you have need of, He loves you and if you will look to Him, you will experience this incredible "Joy". Have a Blessed and Peaceful Sunday!

Glory to God! For joy is one of His greatest gifts. I'm getting filled up and encouraged as I visit many sites and thank you for this wonderful reminder that no matter what goes on around us, joy is the one that gives us that sense of peace, in Christ Jesus...God bless.
