Queen Esther Sketch Pictures, Images and Photos
Esther 2:16-18 (New Living Translation)

16. Esther was taken to King Xerxes at the royal palace in early winter of the seventh year of his reign. 17. And the king loved Esther more than any of the other young women. He was so delighted with her that he set the royal crown on her head and declared her queen instead of Vashti. 18. To celebrate the occasion, he gave a great banquet in Esther’s honor for all his nobles and officials, declaring a public holiday for the provinces and giving generous gifts to everyone.

I want to give you an update on my Bible Study on the book of Esther by Beth Moore. To say it is a marvelous study would be an understatement! There are 14 of us in the class, and we are all of the same opinion. I didn't really understand how a book in the Bible that didn't use the name of God, satan, or angels could show us how to live a Christian life. Hummm, well sisters, this very important book in Gods Word has His handwriting all over it. People are "maneuvered" around so that His will and plan would be carried out. From Queen Vasti refusing to come to his drunken party, to Esther being crowned Queen is quite a journey so far! I am very excited and thankful to be a part of this study. I must also state, these ladies at the Presbyterian Church are the sweetest and serious about learning more about our Lord! So as we continue (this was week 2), I will keep you informed. Blessings to you, sweet sisters!
