Welcome Dear Friends!

I am honored that you stopped by! I pray you will be encouraged and blessed. I believe when we share our heartaches and victories, our faith is strengthened. Knowing God is with us, and our steps are ordered by Him, gives us hope for the future!

“Then God said, “Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind—livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals.” And that is what happened. 25. God made all sorts of wild animals, livestock, and small animals, each able to produce offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.

Genesis 1:24,25:

100_2745 One of my favorite things to do is to sit in my sunroom and watch the world go by so to speak. My world anyway.  I have squirrels, birds, a groundhog that lives under our deck, and Sammy (the cat) that will  stroll by every once in awhile. The trees are beautiful, and the grass is green. A perfect place  for my Bible study!  I love to read in Genesis of how God created everything, including us.  There are many false teachings out there that will not recognize He is the creator.  This is very troubling and sad.  How can a person explain  these wonderful  things without believing God was the author?  We have a dear friend that has a saying about people that get hung upon something and won’t let go, he says  “hey, your needle is stuck”, I do believe this is what happens for the good or bad, but the only thing we need to get our needle stuck on is Jesus dying for our sins, being raised from the dead, sending the Holy Spirit, giving us the same power He had, Do I need to go on?  You will find all these things in His Word!   In the times we live in, we need to stay focused on the only One that can save and protect us. I believe in my heart as I sit here and look out my window, that he made all these things for me to enjoy, and I certainly do “enjoy”.
