House of Prayer!

Isaiah 56:6 (The Message)

6-8"And as for the outsiders who now follow me,
working for me, loving my name,
and wanting to be my servants—
All who keep Sabbath and don't defile it,
holding fast to my covenant—
I'll bring them to my holy mountain
and give them joy in my house of prayer.
They'll be welcome to worship the same as the 'insiders,'
to bring burnt offerings and sacrifices to my altar.
Oh yes, my house of worship
will be known as a house of prayer for all people."
The Decree of the Master, God himself,
who gathers in the exiles of Israel:
"I will gather others also,
gather them in with those already gathered."

The house of prayer and God will be there! I just love this scripture, I also love going to Church. I don't know about you, but when God told us to "assemble ourselves together", there must have been a good reason why. This is where we are taught about our Lord and where we are strengthened. If anyone is sick then we are told the elders of the Church will anoint with oil and pray the prayer of faith, and we would be healed. This is also brothers and sisters praying for each other not only on Sundays, but all through the week. This scripture also says that He would give us "joy". As you enter the House of God this morning, you are truly blessed and privileged. Enjoy this special day!
